Rosy Nosegay

 A nosegay, sometimes called a posy, or tussie-mussie is a small flower bouquet, typically given as a gift. They have existed in some form since at least medieval times, when they were carried or worn around the head or bodice. Doilies are traditionally used to bind the stems in these arrangements. They are also popular as wedding bouquets.

That's your history lesson, now for some cute and crazy - I'll try to transcribe what's written on the back, repairing all the spelling mistakes and adding (some) punctuation. . . the message is one big run-on sentence.

Dear Louise   
To-day I am coming to you in an airship hoping it will not be so cold like it was that night
I was so cold I can't tell you it made me shiver when I think of it now— Louise I know you
will get old live to 100 years because you can stand the cold and heat better than I
Don't go to the doctor anymore because you don't neat it you are all right nothing ailing you
You two skinny little things, standing and laughing and not cold at all —
— You monsters what you are — don't talk about being sick no more to me because I won't
believe it — I am not too cold to-day because I am sitting by the warm stove so good
Hoping you are well little girl — Guste
